Best Oral Presentation Award

Prize

• -USD 400

Number of winners

• -4 awardees will be selected after abstract review by the scientific committee.

Eligibility

• -Nominees for the award must be the presenting author of an accepted abstract.
  (There is no application process. All accepted abstracts will be taken into consideration for this award.)

Best Poster Presentation Award

Prize

• -USD 300

Number of winners

• -5 awardees will be selected after abstract review by the scientific committee.

Eligibility

• -Nominees for the award must be the presenting author of an accepted abstract.
  (There is no application process. All accepted abstracts will be taken into consideration for this award.)

Young Investigator Award

Prize

• -USD 200

Number of winners

• -4 awardees will be selected after abstract review by the scientific committee.

Eligibility

• -Nominees for the award must be born on or after January 1, 1984.
• -Nominees for the award must be the first author (lead author) of the accepted abstract.

Application Process

• -Check the “Young Investigator Award” box in the abstract submission page.
• -Awardees will be required to submit a valid document for proof of age.

Grants for Foreign Participants

• -Only foreign participants (including foreign participants affiliated with universities or hospitals in Korea) may apply.
• -You can be a recipient of the e-Travel Grant even without submitting an abstract.

Academic Grant

Prize

• -USD 60

Number of winners

• -25 accepted abstracts will be selected after abstract review by the scientific committee.

Eligibility

• -Up to 2 recipients can both receive grants of USD 60 each per selected abstract. (Either one presenter and one co-author or two co-authors)
• -Co-authors of selected abstracts are eligible for the grant even if the presenter is selected for the other award.

e-Travel Grant

Prize

• -USD 50

Number of winners

• -50 recipients will be selected.

Eligibility

• ※To be eligible for the grant, applicants need to meet both criteria below:
• -Applicants must be from a country listed on the “DAC List of Aid Recipients” classified by the OECD.
• -Abstract submission not required to be eligible.
• -If you submitted an abstract but not as the presenting author, you are eligible for the grant.(Presenting authors may not apply.)

• ※Note : Recipients of other awards or academic grants cannot apply for an e-Travel Grant (duplicate awards are not allowed).
